- Freightbox Reply — answer email from WhatsApp. Pair your phone, and the emails your workflows pick reach you there; reply by button, text or voice note, tap Send, and the customer gets a proper email from your mailbox
- Workflows can send an email to a team member on WhatsApp; a rule-forwarded email always wins over the AI draft prompt for the same thread
- Workflows trigger on AI labels ("when labelled Quotes, assign to sales"), with a case-sensitive licence-plate template
- Template approval status for WhatsApp buttons shown on the Integrations card
