Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Freightbox (“the Service”), operated by Product Builders Academy, Amsterdam, Netherlands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Freightbox is an AI-powered shared inbox and communication platform designed for logistics teams. The Service includes email management, AI enrichment (sentiment analysis, priority scoring, categorization, and action recommendations), AI draft replies, automation rules, contact CRM, phone and voicemail, calendar integration, analytics, and an AI agent platform. Features vary by plan.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in abusive communication practices.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including emails, contacts, conversation history, and any other content (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI enrichment, draft generation, and automation rule execution. This license terminates when you delete your account.

AI-generated metadata (sentiment scores, priority labels, summaries, and recommendations) is derived from Your Data and is provided as part of the Service. Your Data is never used to train external AI models.

Payment and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not select a plan, your access to paid features will be suspended, but your data will be retained for 30 days.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with specific uptime commitments.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Product Builders Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freightbox and Product Builders Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, unless legally required to retain it.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
